Not only will this protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays, it will also help prevent you from producing more acne as well. One of the best acne treatment tips is to use products with benzoyl peroxide in them. These will basically help dry out the acne and cause it to heal faster.

Keep in mind that these tips for getting rid of acne may or may not work on you. The reason is because everyone’s skin is different. For me, it was simply drinking a lot of water, applying benzoyl peroxide on my face every night before going to bed and every morning before leaving the house, and avoiding spicy foods.
