So does green tea and weight loss go together? That depends on what type of results you are looking for. If you are trying to get in the best shape of your life, just drinking tea won’t cut it. If you are looking for the most laziest way to lose weight, then perhaps drinking tea can help but so will sticking your finger down your throat.

Drinking green tea for weight loss sounds more of a marketing ploy than a real way to actually lose weight. It may help you lose weight but there are so many more effective ways to go about doing that, it’s hard to understand why anyone would even bother with green tea. As mentioned earlier, green tea can be very beneficial to your overall health so don’t dismiss it. But when it comes to weight loss, nothing can take the place of exercising and eating a proper diet.

If you are interested in green tea weight loss, then what you can do is try it out for yourself. If you are using it in conjunction with exercising and eating correctly, you will most definitely see great results but if you are planning on getting on a  green tea extract weight loss program that doesn’t involve any exercise, then be prepared to get disappointed.

When it comes down to it, whether green tea weight loss is effective or not really depends on what sort of results you are looking to gain and how soon you want to see those results. If you want to slowly lose weight over a long period of time without doing much, then perhaps drinking green tea to lose weight is the perfect thing for you to do.
