Being short can be a disadvantage in many ways. One is that you will look less attractive in general and the other is that studies show that shorter people are less successful. The fact is that most of us walk around a couple of inches shorter than we should be. This is mainly due to having back posture. The reason is because throughout the day, gravity forces your body down. At night, it stretches it out because you are lying down. Well, you can find these stretches online on sites such as Youtube. The key to getting the best results is to simply do it consistently. You will have to do these stretching exercises as well as eat correctly for at least 6 months. Your results will vary but you should see some improvements in your height.
Just remember that the best thing to do is just to walk confidently and realize that just because you lack in height, it doesn’t mean that you will lose to someone who is taller. If anything, you can opt for surgery. This can be risky though so do your research.
