Basically, just think of it as a sign that you have too much fat stored up in your body. How do you get rid of fat? We all know the answer to this even if we don’t want to admit it. The answer is to exercise and eat the right foods. Find activities you can do to make exercising enjoyable. With your diet, find foods that are healthy that you don’t mind eating. If you want to lose cellulite, you need to work at it. Otherwise, it’s like a broke person saying he want more money but doesn’t want to have to do anything to get it.
